Lefty NPR Persists - Continue Peddling Liberal Hysteria By, Charles N. Diorio, inmateauthorproject.org June 7, 2025
Massachusetts is the cradle of liberal hysteria pushing against conservative demands for ideological change. Trump Derangement Syndrome is inculcated through two National Public Radio stations: WGBH and WBUR. Each public radio station exist in a lockstep echo chamber pushing Democrat progressive socialism and virulent hate of all things Donald J. Trump.
WGBH, a Brighton based public radio affiliate has, since the first election of President Trump, lost its fair and balanced bona fides. Over the past decade WGBH has shown itself to be little more than a vocal propaganda asset for Democrat talking points and guard dog of progressive liberal orthodoxy.
Sadly, WGBH is no longer a destination for even moderate conservative listeners. And, as public radio struggles for pledge dollars and grass roots financial support their dwindling audience is relegated to only true believers and fellow travellers of extreme social doctrine.
Voices are carefully curated, and only those voices favorable to progressive Democrat doctrine are amplified. Call in programs, like Boston Public Radio on WGBH feature viewpoints and ideology pushing the Democrat party line. When GOP or conservative doctrine is discussed it is quickly diminished, often dismissed with disparaging labels such as ''authoritarian", "fascist" or "autocracy".
National Public Radio is in the Cross hair of a defunding from a conservative Congress. Liberal Democrats on NPR have double downed with counterintuitive programming defending immigration, identity politics, globalism and Utopian goals uplifting a disparate society.
NPR stations, like WGBH and WBUR take umbrage with the very existence of President Donald J. Trump. Trump has come to personify the antithesis of modern liberal doctrine.
And, Trump has identified everything wrong with progressive Marxist socialism embraced by the current iteration of Democrat orthodoxy.
Programming on NPR embrace liberal orthodoxy in radio shows like On The Media. On The Media, like all liberal propaganda, elevates its reporting using elitist language and talking points. NPR explains modern left doctrine spoon feeding ideology and spreading party messaging.
Trump represents illiberal democracy, goes the NPR message, for example. One version of democracy acknowledge President Trump won the election, as an example. But, the NPR message is Trump represents an " authoritarian regime". The Trump presidency is a problem to "democracy". Trump is ruling a "terror regime" dismantling free speech, press protections and embracing oligarchy.
NPR in Massachusetts is not democratic. Two public radio stations parrot and promote the same ideology and propaganda. WGBH is unaffiliated, but WBUR is affiliated with Boston University. WGBH is a vast media empire controlling numerous television stations. WBUR offers more moderate liberal point of view. A messaging slightly more palpable. But, Republicans are not wrong in their demand to refund the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. Over decades, CPB and NPR has been captured by modern liberal doctrine.
